Transformers of different types

 

1. Power oil-immersed transformers for electric power system and industry, acc to individual customer’s specification and requirements, autotransformers, double and three-windings, special and earthing transformers.

 

2. Distribution transformers in full compliance with customer’s specification and requirements:

» oil-immersed transformers for indoor, outdoor or pole installation, nominal power 25 kVA – 3150 kVA, voltage up to 36   kV, with  conservators or  hermetically sealed
» cast  resin transformers, nominal power 160 kVA – 3150 kVA, voltage up to 36 kV

 

3. LV Instrument current and voltage transformers of different types, acc to individual customer’s specification and requirements

 

4. Components for transformers:

» for power transformers :
       -  radiators for  Normal, Graded (Swan-neck), Sloped types with thickness 1.20 mm, width 520 mm,
           length 800 - 3500 mm up to 35 elements

-  flat wall tanks  up to 30 MVA or 10 t  

-  covers and  conservators 

» for distribution transformers :
       -  radiators with thickness 1.00 mm, width 230 mm, length 400 - 1200 mm up to 20 elements

-  corrugated tanks  up to 8 MVA for oil immersed and hermetically type  

-  corrugated walls  with thickness 1.20 mm, width  400 – 1600 mm, height 40 - 400 mm  

» magnetic cores for power and  distribution transformers from 25 kVA to 800 MVA

» terminals::

-  porcelain bushings acc to DIN 42531 and DIN 42530- standard version

-  special epoxy resin bushing and plug-in cable connectors

-  air box or other upon request

 

5. Accessories for transformers: oil and winding temperature indicators, oil level indicators, buchholz relay, pressure relief devices, pressure and vacuum valves, air breathers,  on load tap changers ( type RS9 and RS12 ) and off load tap changers, radiator  throttle valves, all  with high reliability and efficiency granted by the use of the best materials and by the most advanced technology products.

 

6. Materials for transformers and motors production according to EN or DIN:

-  cold rolled grain oriented electrical steel of  different grades, in coils or in strips
-  cold rolled non grain oriented electrical steel of  different grades, in coils or in strips

-  cold and hot rolled steel in coils and in sheets

-  winding round or rectangular copper wires (enameled or paper insulated) and  strips

-  insulation materials: thermo-set stratified laminates in different sizes and qualities, big size tubes and cylinders, end-collars-clamping cylinders for coil winding.
